Packed up with nutrition, this soup recipe uses only fresh seasonal vegetables that provide all the goodness, flavors and body to the soup without using cornflour and heavy cream.
We have given a slight twist to the traditional soup recipe by flavoring it with Indian spices that go hand in hand with natural sweetness and sourness of beets and tomatoes. Also to enhance the nutritional values and keeping it ‘Low Calorie’, we have completely omitted using oil or butter.
