Sometimes simple recipes are quite delicious and soulful. This Hot n Sour Mushroom Noodles is a quick fix dish that I love to make after a tiring work day not only because it is a great comfort food, but also because I simply love the combination of Mushrooms with Noodles or Rice. Sauted mushrooms with some garlic and sauces tastes superb with noodles, however you can also add veggies of choice like spring onion, carrot, capsicum, tofu and so on. But in my Mushroom Noodles Recipe, I simply prefer to enjoy soft and juicy button mushrooms with noodles without adding any vegetables.
I have always admired Indo Chinese fusion recipes, the way they use fresh veggies and cook it while retaining a ‘Bite’ is simply mind blowing. You can find more such Indo Chinese Recipes in this website like Vegetable Fried Rice, Mushroom Rice, Sweet Corn Soup, Garlic Noodles with Beans & Peppers and more.
For a quick snack these Mushroom Noodles go great with any sort of milkshake like Egg Cinnamon Milkshake or Dry Fruit Milkshake.
