French beans and potato curry is a simple and spicy one pot curry that you can quickly make for lunch or dinner and savor with phulkas, paranthas and rice. Made with all the staple ingredients, this is a pressure cooker recipe and hence takes less time to cook with minimal efforts.
As you know, making curries in pressure cooker is super simple and when you have tried a few combinations, then it becomes like a child’s play. Basically you can combine any assorted veggie and cook with an onion tomato based gravy or even use cream or yogurt to make it rich. The key lies in the proportionate spices being used and the right way to sauté them because this gives the real flavor to the curry, doesn’t matter what sort or combo of veggie you are using.
French beans and potato curry tastes best when paired with dhaniya masala parantha or puri. For a change you can try serving with masala puri along with dal makhni or kadala curry with home made mango pickle and kachumbar salad. Do not miss to serve chaas or some roasted papad to complete the meal!
