This Mushroom Pepper Pulao is spicy and sure to please if you’re a mushroom lover. Mushroom pepper pulao makes an excellent lunch or dinner when you want to relish some different recipe without much of task and can be simply relished with a bowl of onion salad seasoned with lime juice and salt.
Here we have used whole button mushrooms as they look lovely this way and when you bite into them, you’re surprised with the soft, smooth and juicy texture.
For me after ‘Potatoes’ …….’Mushrooms’ are perhaps the best vegetable to experiment with due to the succulent taste, easy availability and soft texture. I can relish mushrooms in every possible ways and hence tried making snacks, party appetizers and even salads with it and each one came out well like….. Mushroom tikka, Crunchy fried mushrooms, Carrot & mushroom masala and Garlic roasted mushrooms n beans salad.
*Want to have a light snack, then team this mushroom pepper pulao with healthy pineapple salad and radish chutney.
*Make your weekend dinners quick and special with mushroom pepper pulao, chickpea salad and onion chilly ginger raita.
*Pack this quick pulao in your tiffins. Team with ginger chilly pickle or amla ki launji, beetroot raita, kadai egg curry or aloo beans gravy with 2-3 chapatis or missi roti.
