Let’s make a quick Sandwich and if it is filled with Healthy veggies and curd we can also call it Healthy Vegetable Curd Sandwich :)
Believe me, it is one of those easiest breakfast recipes that you can rely upon during rush hours, when you missed to make preparations before hand. No boiled vegetables, batter, soaking, grinding, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING OF THESE IS REQUIRED! You just need a bowl of Hung Curd, few mixed veggies that are usually eaten 'Raw' like carrot, onion, capsicum, cabbage or more and few slices of Bread that is a staple in our homes. Add in some more flavors by mixing some tomato ketchup or any other sauce of choice in the filling itself. Now, if you have time then grill this curd sandwich on pan, otherwise it tastes delicious and creamy raw as well.
If you share a fetish for Cooking with Bread then following list is just for you. Do refer -
Potato masala sandwich
Cabbage masala pao
Bread dahi wada
Instant vegetable bread pizza
Garlic bread
Bread Dosa & more.
Hung Curd sandwich makes a very healthy breakfast and snack option especially for kids. So, you can serve them with Sweet tamarind chutney, tomato thokku or simply with tomato ketchup.
I prefer to mix some instant ginger pickle into the sandwich filling. This gives me a zesty flavor and simply because, I love using Ginger in my recipes.
Sundays are special and we truly understand your part. Make quick Sunday brunch with our easy recipes. Team curd sandwich with methi akki roti, vegetable rawa upma or oatmeal paneer dosa and serve with sambhar and assorted chutneys.
