Malai Paneer is one such recipe that you can never go wrong with. Being delicious and rich in texture this exotic Malai Paneer sits pretty good in the menu list of Festivities and parties.

It is called Malai paneer because of its texture and the usage of fresh cream and Cashew nut paste. This is the rich blend of spices and mixtures which result in such subtle and finger licking taste. The usage of Fenugreek leaves or Kasuri Methi add more taste and aroma to the dish making it truly palatable. It goes well with rumali roti or naan but you can also enjoy eating with Jeera Rice.

Special Weekend Meal Plan -

For a weekend special lunch or dinner serve Malai Paneer with Kaju Matar Masala or Aloo Gobhi Adraki along with Palak Paratha and Cumin Rice or Sesame Rice.

Festivite Menu Plan -

Festivite meals are incomplete without a Paneer dish. So serve this exotic Malai Paneer with Cabbage Kofta, Kadhai Egg Curry or Kashmiri Khatte Baingan and Mushroom Tikka. Team with Kabuli Pulao and assorted Breads like Missi Roti & Makke Ki roti.
