Here in this recipe we have given a light seasoning of black pepper and salt, but you can go for your favorite spice mixes, peri peri, chat masala, garam masala and create your very own flavor. The best part of this recipe is that, you can make these spiced cashew nuts in large batches and store in air tight container. Stays fresh for more than a month.
Just remember, after frying and seasoning cashews, let it rest for a while otherwise it won’t be that crunchy !
