A ‘Lattee’ is a drink that is made with espresso, steamed milk and milk foam.
While a ‘Cappuccino’ is very similar to Lattee except for the fact that it has more amount of milk foam.
‘Cafe Mocha’ is a coffee with brewed coffee, steamed milk, coco powder and small amount of milk foam.
‘Espresso’ is basically ‘Black coffee’ made with coffee powder, water and sugar.
Did you know, most people prefer to use ‘Fresh Cream’ instead of milk in their coffee to make it more exotic. In Korea, even ‘Egg Yolk’ is used to attain a thick, silky texture in coffee whereas in Jamaica….they love espresso spiced with cardamom, black pepper, cinnamon and a small amount of chilly flakes.
