Now, let me tell you that all these recipes don’t have any exact proportion of ingredients and it truely depends upon individual taste and preferance whether you want it more garlicy, spicy or tangy!
For instance, in my Garlic Chutney I prefer a mild flavor of garlic, or say…just a hint of half or one clove of garlic is sufficient for me. But some people may want it in a more robust form. So they can add more garlic cloves and also adjust the heat of green chillies to taste.
Indian meals are incomplete without lip smacking Chutneys and Pickles. While the classic Dhaniye Pudine Ki Chutney is commonly served with Snacks and Pakode, Coconut Coriander Chutney and Peanut Coriander Chutney are mostly served with South Indian dishes like Dosa, Idli, Upma, Uttapam and so on. Undoubtedly, ‘Coriander’ or ‘Dhaniya’ is a staple ingredient used to make most of the chutneys like Dahi Ki Chutney.
