It’s amazing to see how simple recipes made with staple and handful of ingredients are so flavorful. Potato and cabbage stir fry is one such recipe that you can make in a jiffy to accompany your meals. It is also known as ‘Kobichi Bhaji’ in Marathi.
Cabbage hardly takes any time to cook and if you have some boiled potatoes in hand, then it takes less than 10 minutes to combine the ingredients and serve for a quick lunch or dinner. In this recipe we have lightly stir fried the cabbage and retained a slight crunch which gives a unique texture and also keeps the nutrients intact. Besides, the veggies are cooked with hint of spices maximizing on their natural flavors.
For a simple and healthy meal serve this potato cabbage stir fry or kobichi bhaji with palak tamatar ki subzi, arbi masala curry or kele koddel. Don’t miss to serve along dhaniye ka raita , it tastes best with this platter !
