These soft ‘Dhaniya Masala Paranthas’ perked up with fresh coriander, green chillies and assortment of spices are truly a delight and pair perfectly with any curry or dry vegetable masalas. You can serve these fiber rich nutritious paranthas both ways, in the main course with curries and lentils or in breakfast with pickle and a bowl of fresh curd. Definitely, they do break with the monotony of plain phulkas and paranthas being served regularly. For a change, try serving these spiced coriander paranthas with meals or pack in lunch box and see the differance!
Did you know, ‘Coriander’ also known as dhaniya, cilantro or kothambir is a wonderful source of dietary fiber, manganese, iron and magnesium. In addition, coriander leaves are also rich in vitamin C, vitamin K and protein.
