For making kala khatta ‘Gola’ you need an ice crusher which usually we do not have. So here instead of ‘Gola’ we are making ‘Kala khatta popsicle’. You can quickly make the solution with our kala khatta syrup recipe and freeze in popsicle moulds which are easily available in the markets.
If you’re from Delhi, then you must have tried the famous ‘Kala Khatta Gola’  or ‘Chuski’ in some street stall, after all who doesn’t loves this! It is very refreshing, energizing and one of the best way to beat the scorching summer heat. The flavors are very robust… you get to taste sweet, tangy, little bit of salt and spice in every sip. Though, most of us refrain from relishing it in any street stall as we are more conscious about the quality of water being used for making ice. But, now you can make it at home following our recipe and enjoy it guilt free.
Just imagine, same ravishing flavors with pure hygine and the best part…..those childhood memories!
