‘Oven roasted cauliflower’ is one of easiest and lip smacking dish that you can serve as a party appetizer. Roasted till golden, these cauliflower florets are slight crisp with a hint of garlic and taste amazing with mayonnaise and yogurt dip. You can also team it up with roasted tomato bell pepper salsa and relish guilt free as it is a low fat recipe and made with just 1 tablespoon of oil. The recipe is quite simple, easy to follow and can also be served as a delicious tea time snack with tomato ketchup.
These cauliflower bites taste delightful with yogurt dip or Greek tzataki sauce. They can also be paired with Guacamole or bechamale sauce.
