This ‘One Pot’ sweet corn and bean rice makes a fantastic weekend brunch or dinner. The flavors are so robust that basically you don’t need to accompany it with raita, pickle or salad as we usually do with staple rice dishes. It is a simple stir fry recipe in which cooked rice is tossed with onion, garlic and freshly chopped corns n beans along with an assortment of spices making it aromatic and truly palatable!
Did you know, the fiber content in ‘Green Beans’ is very high, and it also fulfills some of your daily protein requirements. They also act as an easy source for acquiring vitamins like A, C, K, B6, and folic acid. In terms of minerals, green beans are a good source of calcium, silicon, iron, manganese, potassium, and copper.

Serve garlicy sweet corn n bean rice with paneer tawa masala,mushroom tikka and simple aloo gobhi curry along with tawa parantha or Punjabi masala parantha.
