These Spanish style egg white quesadillas go great with tomato ketchup and can also be packed in lunch boxes for a healthy low calorie lunch.
Did you know, ‘Eggs’ are rich in protein and more than half of the protein of an egg is found in egg whites along with vitamin B2 and lower amounts of fats and cholesterol than the yolk. The whites are significantly rich in selenium, vitamin D, B6, B12 and minerals such as zinc, copper and iron.
*Serve these delicious egg white quesadillas with tomato ketchup or Indian way with dahi ki chutney. Kids love to enjoy with sonth chutney.
