Aloo Gobhi Adraki is a lip smacking recipe made during winters in Punjab and North India. You will love this aloo gobhi adraki with the punch of Ginger and beautiful composition of spices.
Two beloved vegetables potatoes and cauliflower cooked together with a zesty ginger flavor and lots of aromatic masalas taste delightful with puris, kachoris and rice.
This is also one of the most popular sabzi to be packed for lunch boxes or travels. We have also added Green Peas as no winter recipe is complete without it and have used fresh seasonal ones though you might also use Frozen Peas, but in that case blanch them in boiling water for 3-4 minutes before adding to the cooked veggies.
Though in metro cities you can find Cauliflower all the year round, but the ones that you get in winters give you true flavors. So we eagerly wait for this season to make lots and lots of cauliflower recipes. Do try simple Home style Aloo Gobhi Curry cooked in pressure cooker and also check out recipe to make Roasted Cauliflower Bites that makes an amazing appetizer for parties!
