‘Grilled potato wedges’ is an exotic and healthier alternative to the deep fried potato fries. They can be paired with almost any meal be it burgers, pizza, pasta, sandwich and also make a great party appetizer or tea time snack. We have made these potato wedges with the peel that adds to the crunch and a hint of garlic. You can also use them as filling for rolls and wraps along with some cream cheese, lettuce and cucumber. Add paprika to enhance the spiciness.
The recipe to make these lip smacking golden potato wedges is quite simple and there is nothing where you can go wrong. A generous sprinkle of kosher salt, pepper powder and chilly flakes enhance the flavors. Serve with tomato ketchup, mayo or whatever dip you have in hand and enjoy these golden beauties.
Serve them with guacamole dip or classic Italian roasted tomato and bell pepper salsa.
