Bhindi masala recipe is a classic combination of bhindi, tomatoes, yogurt and perked up with an assortment of freshly pounded pickling spices. Hence, it is robust with flavors and aroma. Bhindi Masala Recipe tastes great with puris and paranthas. For a simple and healthy meal, serve achaari bhindi with Bengali cholar dal, jackfruit masala and spinach n sweet corn stir fry. Pair with aloo ka raita or aam panna in summers and a simple kachumbar salad to go along!
